Worth Tucker Diary

Five or six years ago I became aware of a diary written by Worth Tucker that was in the possession of my great-uncle Cleon Tucker. Between 1900 and 1907, Worth Tucker and Florence Abby Pulsipher Tucker lived in Mexico at Colonia Diaz and Colonia Dublin both in Chihuahua, Mexico. The diary covers a four-year period and talks about daily life and Worth operating a grist mill. I talked with the Historical Department of the Church Archives to see if they would microfilm the diary. I was concerned about it being damaged or destroyed and wanted it preserved. Cleon consented and in 1999 or 2000, the microfilm was completed. I was able to get a copy of the microfilm and hope to someday soon get it transferred to computer images.
